Yes! The materials we use are selected for their durability, ensuring that your greasy. product will last for years to come.

We recommend applying our THREE RUG RULES:

  • Regular vacuuming and the occasional gentle shake will keep your rugs looking their best.
  • Machine washing and cool tumble drying is an option. Alternatively, soak your rug in cold water and dry flat in the sun. *Excessive machine washing may result in a worn out rug. 
  • Not recommended for outdoor use.

Absolutely! Our rugs are made from non-toxic materials and are safe for both children and pets.

Yes! We offer customization options for size and color. Please contact us to discuss your preferences, and we’ll do our best to create a product that fits your vision.

We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below.

Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.
  • Returns due to change of mind or personal preference are accepted, but return logistics and costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Process for Returns

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@greasy.co.za within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
  2. Ship the Item: Once your return is authorized, ship the item back to us at the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.
  3. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will assist you promptly.

Shipping times may vary based on your location, but typically, orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
